Nikita has more than 20 years of progressive experience in IT program and project management, training & development and business process consulting. She studied Business Management at Queens University of Charlotte and earned Lean Office and Project Management certification from The University of Michigan and PMI Global, respectively. In the corporate world, Nikita leverages her leadership strengths, business acumen and technical ability to guide high-performing product design, development & delivery teams to successful outcomes.

An advocate for economic mobility, Ms. Allen volunteers her time and talents in and around her community. She is a Leadership Charlotte Alum (Class 38) who has served on the Boards of Charlotte-Mecklenburg BLACK CHAMBER of Commerce, McCrorey YMCA and PMI Metrolina, and chaired Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners’ Small Business & Entrepreneurship Advisory Committee.
Nikita shares a home in the Carolinas with her Life Partner, Brian. Together, they have four grown children. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling and running & hiking with the family’s adopted “furry babies”, Scotty and Lottie.
