We had our Spring Training this week and we had a few questions come up that I wanted to pose to the network for our collective learning and sharing. Please respond with your feedback.
Question 1: How do you support participants that struggle with technology/might not be as tech savvy. Especially when we're asking them to engage on interiseconnect?
Question 2: What are some best practices you use to get participants ready for the financial module and/or what have you found you might need to do a bit differently to meet folks where they are for that financial module?
