    Hi All!

    Just wanted to drop a quick note to remind you that helpdesk@interise.org is no longer an email address that is monitored. It used to be managed by our contractor for the old iConnect platform. It seems as though some participants are seeing this email address somewhere, using it, and getting frustrated when they don't receive a response.

    Please have participants either use the "Contact Us" link in iConnect, or email me directly (lcharles@interise.org) with iConnect questions. I always follow up that same day.

    Bo Blackbell of the Mobile 2019 Cohort sent me the following message:

    Looks like I got signed in. I completed my initial assessment to 69% and ran out of time. So, I followed the instruction to save but I did not receive and an email where I can return later. Will you please advise?

    Can you check on this and let him know what to do next.

    Laura Lee, have same issue with several class members in Birmingham. For some reason, people think think they are saving when in fact they are submitting and are unable to retrieve. Tech support seems to have trouble retrieving. Anybadvice would help.

    Hi Rick and Octavia,

    Thanks for surfacing this question in the Instructor Group! Gold star for iConnect use!! I'm also going to tag @Emma Tilley as she will be able to direct people to their partially completed business assessments. @Octavia Kuransky, would you please let Emma know the names of your participants who haven't been able to return to complete their assessments?

    **Important to remember - the link in each participant's welcome email take them to their iConnect profile, where they will find their business assessment link.​** It does not take them directly to the business assessment. I know this isn't ideal, but it is currently our best solution to ensuring that each participant gets their correct link (SBA participants vs. partner participants, for instance.)

    This is the language in their welcome email:

    "Complete your business assessment before Session 2. (The link to the business assessment is found in your iConnect profile. The assessment is completed in Survey Gizmo, and a copy of your responses will be emailed to both you and your instructor upon completion.)"

    Let me know if you have more questions about how and where to access the business assessment.

    Also as a heads up the curriculum is calling for the BGSA to be completed by session 1, there is a typo in your letter above that says Session 2. This may have been corrected sometime yesterday, but should be noted for anyone who started class before 4/11.

    We fixed that discrepancy, so all welcome emails going out today onward will ask participants to complete the BGSA by Session 1.
